For over 30 years, I’ve conducted a wide range of business, commercial real estate sales and lease transactions with countless times having a good understanding of each has paid dividends.



I’ve sold a large range of businesses from Northland to Rotorua, although since Covid, I’ve focused more on tyre and automotive workshops than some other businesses. That said, two of the most important aspects of any business I list, the books need to be transparent, and the business has a future.



I keep in touch with many of the landlords and tenants of commercial property I’ve dealt with over the years and continue to do business with them, their friends and colleagues, particularly office leases and sales in the CBD.
